Rick Koski leads the Enterprise Solutions team at BACS Consulting Group. In this role he helps deliver the best outcome for customers needing enhanced data management, enterprise data systems (such as ERP and MES), Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics and Enterprise systems administration. Rick brings a vision to the management team that is transforming IT Consulting beyond the traditional infrastructure management model. His long and varied career in manufacturing and service delivery coupled with his MBA level education allows him to gain a grounded customer perspective to achieve effective outcomes that are highly valued by our customers.
Rick is a US Navy veteran and former submariner. After leaving the Navy he worked as a system designer of semiconductor manufacturing equipment for SCP Global Technologies and Lam Research. In 2001 he left the semiconductor industry to run an IT Managed Services Provider. He has since built and sold two MSP’s and joined BACS to create solutions to address the rapidly growing need for enhanced data analytics, automation and AI.
Rick is a passionate problem solver with substantial experience in providing innovative solutions for small and medium sized firms. His background in engineering, technology, finance, and leadership has brought him to the forefront of many successful firms.
In his spare time, he works in several not-for-profit organizations as an administrative and executive leader. He has travelled internationally since he was 8 years old and continues to enjoy the opportunity to meet new friends and experience new cultures.
