I really like that he didn't make me wait on the phone while he was working on my PC. Once he was finished, he called and said my PC was good to go. This made the user experience seem super smooth. Thanks for putting spell check in the survey feedback.

Kaci helped me to determine that an email I received was fraudulent. Somehow it made it through the screening system.

Eugene was awesome! He was patient and walked me through the process to setup my docking station.

I needed help in converting my computer E-mail system so that I could use it with Microsoft Exchange and sync with my cell phones. This is quite a complicated process and Jeremy worked very hard to set it up correctly. Everything worked as promised when he was done so I’m quite happy.

I’ve dealt with other IT consultants, and BACS is far superior. Their people are highly knowledgable and they really go the extra mile for clients.

Mike was awesome. My computer had gotten malware on it. I called BACS at 7pm on a Saturday night. He picked it up and fixed it in two hours and I had my computer by 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. He rocks!

As I mentioned previously when the data from my old hard drive was transferred to my new hard drive none of the photos and none of the pdfs were transferred. I did not discover this for 3 months until I went to look for a photo. I am glad that I found this error and that Fernando and Jeremy were able to transfer the photos and the pdfs from my old hard drive to my new hard drive.

So quick to help and didn't even shame me for making an embarrassing phishing 101 mistake. THANK YOU BACS!
